the beginning of the end?

it's finally back!!

i'm planning on keeping this updated with my recap thingys for the season, but the best laid plans and all that... i'll definitely get to this episode sometime before next week's, but a few quick thoughts:

The oceanic six?!?
so six of the people from 815 are back, and are famous for surviving - but if all six got famous, then whoever was in the casket ALSO got off the island, but wasn't part of the six, otherwise it would have been big news. Meaning there are at least seven that got off the island... Jack, Hurley, Kate - or is Kate even one of the six? if whoever was in the casket came back and was anonymous, then the same could have happened with Kate, and it would explain why she's not in jail. Then again, Jack talks to her about the Golden Oceanic tickets they all got, so i'd say she is one of the actual six.

I thought the guy that visited Hurley at Santa Rosa was gonna wipe his memory! ...wrong show, though. What could have happened to make six people leave the rest behind?! Especially Jack and Hurley, two of the most loyal castaways on the island. And they have to lie about the time on the island and all that... part of the why is because the rest of the world thinks the plane is at the bottom of the ocean, but still, why???

I can't believe Jack pulled the trigger.

recap soon!
